1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilibet20 ("jilibet20," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilibet20 platform, including the website at jilibet20.asia, any associated mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jilibet20 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the jilibet20 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilibet20, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilibet20 Platform or any affiliated platform.

jilibet20 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilibet20 may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jilibet20 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in the Philippines

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting jilibet20 support. jilibet20 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibet20 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Notify jilibet20 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

jilibet20 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilibet20 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jilibet20 of unauthorized access prior to such activity. jilibet20 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jilibet20 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilibet20 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilibet20 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts can expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business hours.

jilibet20 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. In such cases, jilibet20 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

All transactions on jilibet20 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibet20 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by third-party payment providers.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilibet20 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilibet20 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Abuse: jilibet20 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or colluding with other players.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilibet20 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unp redictability. Live dealer games are sourced from licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own certified game rules.

By participating in any game on jilibet20, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG or live dealer procedures and cannot be influenced by jilibet20 or any player
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel
• jilibet20's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 11
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jilibet20 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jilibet20 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibet20 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilibet20 staff or other players through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

jilibet20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform; self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jilibet20
• Use the jilibet20 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform

Any unauthorized use of jilibet20's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibet20 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond jilibet20's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon

jilibet20's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through jilibet20's internal dispute resolution process.

jilibet20 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
